Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Buyer)

Job Summary: As the Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Buyer), you will ensure efficient materials management by analyzing BOMs and demand forecasts to optimize inventory and sourcing strategies. You will work closely with Commodity Specialists, suppliers, internal customers and logistics teams to handle procurement, to request for quotes (RFQs), and to ensure timely deliveries. Your role will also involve managing inbound and outbound supply flows working closely with logistics and maintaining compliance with inventory processes.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Purchase requisitions, BOM and demand analysis to anticipate materials demand
• Allocated stocks; support commodity specialists pricing – request for quotes (RFQ process) and contracts updates; documentation, incidents and internal compliance
