Sourcing Specialist (Apparel & Fabric)

This position will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality fabrics and apparel that align with seasonal design requirements, brand standards, and cost objectives. This role involves identifying and developing reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of both raw materials (woven, greige, printed, digital fabrics, trims) and ready-to-wear apparel items. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams including Design, Planning, Merchandising, and Quality Assurance to support smooth collection launches while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness.

Qualification

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or SCM
