As our Sous Chef, you'll be a confident chef capable of running the kitchen alongside Head Chef whilst simultaneously supporting and coaching the more junior team members. Always ready to ‘hit the ground running’ whilst enjoying the fast pace of the kitchen, consistently producing top quality dishes under pressure. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our experienced and hard-working team in line with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities of a Sous Chef:

- Having a flair and passion for food, leading by example to all junior chefs in all elements of food preparation and service

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in all government Health and Food Safety legislation including HACCP, ensuring all necessary checks are completed throughout the kitchen (both quality and safety checks)
