Salary: £36,000–£39,000 per annum + up to 32% bonus (paid quarterly)

What you’ll be doing:
As Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, every time. You’ll help drive standards, support the team, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy services.
From leading the pass to developing junior chefs, you’ll play a vital role in creating a motivated, high-performing team while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety are never compromised.
