The Role

The Collaroyis in the market for aSous Chef to join this already incredible team. This is the perfect opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and start leading a team. You can expect to be serving up dishes with Mediterranean influence as well as a few pub classics, there is also a woodfire pizza offering. 


 To be successful in this role you will: 

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in a Sous chef role in a similar venue 
  • Ability to manage a team of 10 + chef when the head chef is off 
  • Organised, focused and communication is key 
  • The flexibility to work across the kitchen and someone that is happy to train junior staff. 
  • Good knowledge around kitchen admin, WH&S and good people skills
