Sous Chef Wanted - Urgently needed

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume food production within a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of stock control and ordering
• Must have a good understanding of Food cost, GP’s and Meal Cost breakdowns
• Experience in staff management, including rostering and basic disciplinary processes
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Solid HACCP knowledge and experience
• Hospitality qualification (formal certificate or diploma required)
• Knowledge of packaging and food labelling will be beneficial.
• Must be able to work in a customer facing role and be willing to promote new products.
