A boutique hotel spa in the Pretoria area is seeking an experienced and driven Spa Manager to lead and grow its wellness offering. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with hands-on spa experience and a passion for guest service excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent)
- Diploma in Somatology or Health & Skincare and ITEC or CIDESCO/SAAHSP
- Recognised qualification in Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience managing a spa, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry
- Proven experience in training and developing spa therapists
- Practical experience in aesthetic treatments (facials, advanced skin treatments, or related services)
