Responsibilities
- Perform body treatments
- Provide after customer service and follow‑up appointments with customers
- Educate customers on products and inform them of promotions
- Maintain counter and replenish inventory (saleable items, testers and collaterals)
- Conduct monthly stock take exercises
- Participate in workshops outside of sales floor
- Keep track of Loyalty Card programs and update customer database
- Be well groomed at all times
