Spanish-Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist — Hybrid

Lexroom Srl is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional talent, while optimizing the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and familiarity with ATS systems. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a vibrant team environment.

Annual salary ranges between €35,000 – €45,000 OTE, performance bonuses, and opportunities for equity.
