Sparrow Coffee NAPERVILLE is hiring Team Members!

Our team members focus on guest services which includes but is not limited to: taking orders, bagging to-go orders, bringing food to guests, and curating the experience for all in our cafe.

Responsibilities: Welcome and care for customers from ordering to delivering food and beverages. Follow all provided guidelines for various workstations: dining room, register, expediter, kitchen, dishes, and coffee bar. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Perform other duties as assigned requirements. Knowledge of health and safety rules.
