Our client is seeking a dynamic SPC Manager to maintain and build upon a strong partnership with their healthcare client. Based full-time on-site in Norwich, you will oversee an established team of specialists, driving performance, managing lifecycle works, and ensuring that any technical or construction risks are expertly mitigated before they impact the client.
The Role As the SPC Manager, you’ll:
Act as the primary lead for the PFI contract, ensuring seamless delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across a major healthcare site.
