Opportunity Description
HammondCare At Home is continuing to expand our services and we are seeking several permanent part-time Home Care Workers to provide support to our Clients across the South Illawarra covering Horsley, Gerringong and Berry areas.
Our care workers receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres. We have flexible days of the week as well as start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends.
About the role
In this role you'll provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their home and directly improve their quality of life. The role requires travel to clients' homes using your own carfor which you'll be paid $0.96 cents per km plus paid travel time.
The care work you'll be doing may include:
- Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing.
- Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning.
