Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting effective project management by overseeing end-to-end coordination and ensuring the timely delegation of information to meet the needs of internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, contributing to the successful delivery of both Project and Educational Services.

Responsibilities

• Take part in all project management phases: conception, initiation and planning, implementation, execution, performance, and project close.
• Gather all information required for each project as per work instruction or scope of work and execute as necessary.
• Check all necessary documents before processing tasks.
• Create and maintain records in Quickbase, Oracle, My Print Central or other relevant tools.
