Specialist – Competitions & Challenges (UAEN)

Support the development and implementation of competitions and challenges under the Global Food Security Award, ensuring alignment with strategic and international directions.

Key Responsibilities

• Align competitions and challenges with the objectives of the Global Food Security Award.
• Contribute to the development of award and competition strategies.
• Design evaluation criteria and assessment frameworks for competitions and challenges.
• Support the development of competition cycles, guidelines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of objectives, criteria, and outcomes.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on local and international competitions and awards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Innovation, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in awards, competitions, or program coordination roles.
