Specialist, Continuous Improvement (Quebec City)

This role is part of our ET/UT product line. The person is responsible for managing improvement projects and engineering changes in collaboration with various departments within the organization. They primarily contribute to value engineering initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving product lifecycles. Through analytical skills and meticulous execution, they help implement innovative and sustainable solutions that improve the safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability of products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes of all kinds (obsolescence, quality improvement, cost reduction, new supplier qualification, current product specifications, regulatory compliance, etc.) as specified in PR201
