Opportunity Description
What the role is:
The position reports to the Lead / Senior Specialist and is responsible for planning, designing, and project management aligned with the NYP Campus Masterplan and Campus Rejuvenation projects. This includes overseeing architectural and sustainable design, space planning, phased remodeling of campus spaces, procurement of services and works, construction, handover, and post‑construction activities. You will contribute to creating an eco‑friendly, innovative, and inclusive environment that enhances the overall campus experience.
What you will be working on: Design Management- Support in conducting feasibility studies for sustainable design and space planning, fit‑out, and infrastructure projects which include budgeting, obtaining funding approval, design, project programming, procurement, regulatory compliance, design review, and quality assurance.
