Opportunity Description
Summary
This 12-month contract role focuses on maintaining and optimizing HR processes, systems and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service to employees. The Specialist will manage HRIS data and system administration, support reporting and audits, and partner with Payroll, HRBPs and other stakeholders to implement process improvements and system changes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and execute HR processes in line with governance standards.
- Support HRIS configuration, testing and deployment of small-to-medium scale changes across the system.
- Manage and administer HR Connect (Jira) including triaging requests, user administration, dashboards and training.
- Prepare company-wide, regular and ad hoc reports and contribute inputs to executive dashboards and external reporting.
