Job Overview

The role supports and develops the RightAngle (ETRM application) within the RightAngle support and development group. Responsibilities include providing technical assistance to business users, coordinating plans, maintaining interfaces, and writing SQL scripts, among others. Responsibilities

Provide direct technical/functional assistance to key business users and support technical project work for applications. Work with functional leads to develop plans and coordinate work across functional areas. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, document key decisions, risks and issues. Operate with minimal supervision, maintain ownership for specific system areas or business users, and manage communications between business and IT. Support and maintain RightAngle, outbound/inbound interfaces, and Web services. Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and reporting. Education
