Key Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
Perform (semi) routine customer Care office tasks, including software input (SAP or equivalent). Responsible for customer order fulfillment, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Order entry within 24 hours for all orders, confirm orders within 48 hours, execute on order allocation decisions Serve as contact for customers and sales to assure responsiveness (order and delivery related info) through professional & efficient communication and proactive updates throughout the entire order flow.Organize physical delivery of products to end users (consumables/equipment/Spare parts) and organize the shipment and communicate d...
