Specialist, Outbound (Barcelona)

As an Outbound Specialist , you will assist customers with requests, enter data accurately, and ensure smooth operations. You will be handling orders, complaints, and billing, while following the right processes. Your role will be key in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining service efficiency.
