Job Overview

Responsible for maintaining payroll-related data in the payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
• Handle tax clearance submissions for leavers in accordance with tax regulations.
• Manage and administer time and attendance systems, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare time and attendance reports.
• Handle employee payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Support change requests whenever required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
