Specific Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers – Understand the hiring requirements of a specific role through open communication and gather all needed information using the job description template (Position Summary, Duties, Metrics, Qualifications, Hiring Plan, Interview Questions, Searching)
- Post and promote open positions in the Athena Applicant Tracking System and across all sourcing channels, including online job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referral programs, and personal networks
- Coordinate with Recruitment Marketing Specialists to create and distribute sourcing marketing materials
