Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for roles across EMEA, especially in data centres, engineering, construction, operations, and corporate functions.
• Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging high‑calibre passive talent across EMEA.
• Act as a brand ambassador, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns and talent community initiatives that grow awareness across the region.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to provide market insights, salary trends, and sourcing strategies to drive strong hiring outcomes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair, transparent, and exceptional candidate experience.
• Support TA projects across EMEA – campus hiring, employer branding, talent mapping, and process improvements.
