Job Purpose

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of transformation initiatives that enhance ADNOC Drilling’s organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term competitiveness. The role ensures alignment with ADNOC Group’s transformation agenda, providing analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement support to deliver measurable business value.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across business functions.
• Track implementation progress, benefits realization, and risks, escalating issues where required.
• Provide structured documentation, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of change management frameworks and tools.
