Opportunity Description
The Group Benefits Operations Integrity Department whose accountabilities include Fraud Risk Management for health, dental, drug and disability claims is looking for an analytical, self-motivated individual with strong disability management knowledge and a risk mindset to join them in the role of Disability Integrity Specialist on the Disability Integrity Operations Team.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify potential fraud and abuse issues and manage these investigations from identification to resolution.
Collaborate with case managers, and others to ensure all appropriate parties understand next steps to maintain the integrity of the fraud investigation.
Dialogue with parties, including legal, privacy, compliance, investigators, police, vendors and customers assessing risk and bringing cases to conclusion.
Utilize a variety of tools for fraud detection and tracking and support various reporting needs as required...
