SPX Express - Regional Fleet Lead

Job Description

The Regional Fleet Lead (RFL) is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners (DPs), both for current and future requirements.

In addition to sourcing, the RFL is to work closely with Hub Leads (HL) and the respective agencies with regards to various concerns with DPs. Lastly performance of the agencies themselves are to be monitored and reported periodically and recommendations on what actions to take are to be presented to the AFL. Lastly, the RFL is also to source for potential agency partners, especially if there are any available locally. The RFL is to work with Fleet HQ on strategies and actions required to grow the fleet while also retaining the current fleet.

• Together with his/her reports coordinates with the HL to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.
