Sr. Account Operations Client Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Sr. Account Operations Client Manager for one of their top clients in the Lockbourne, OH area. This role is responsible for leading, directing, and managing account operations, but will be dealing directly with the client. The position focuses on maximizing profitability through superior service delivery, effective and timely communication, and diligent follow-up on all outstanding matters. These the candidates will be the main point of contact for our customer's client. He / She will need to have excellent written and verbal communication along with a client first mentally.
