About the Firm

A local CA firm needing to grow. Primarily working on Tax and Bookkeeping opportunities with a number of clients from different industries and size.

Essential Tasks

Key for this role is to have a solid depth of understanding of estate and trust taxes. Having an equal strong understanding of corporate and personal taxes is also a requirement. A typical engagement they do does not have complex situations given our client makeup. So while it is a nice to have to potentially expand services, it isn’t something that they encounter. One thing to note is that other engagements do come from a partner firm where we can get support as required for these engagements materialize.

Qualifications

• CPA designated or pursuing
• CFE qualified will work if date for the exam is apparent
• T-returns exposure at a Corp. Level
• Excellent communicator
• Versed on software that is Tax related. i.e. Taxprep...
