Sr. Analyst, People Operations, APAC

The Sr. Analyst, People Operations, APAC will report to the Senior Manager, People Business Partner, APAC and provide end‑to‑end operational and administrative HR support across the region. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of day‑to‑day people processes. The role will support the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and workplace management.

This role is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position. RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. The employment agreement for this role will be issued by an external third‑party vendor.
