Sr BIM Engineer - MEP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Specialist who has worked extensively across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades. The ideal candidate will lead the development, coordination, and management of complex BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to international standards. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of US/UK codes and practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Leadership & Model Management
   • Lead the creation and management of detailed 3D BIM models for all MEP systems using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
     
   • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Level of Development (LOD) standards, and project requirements.
     
2. Coordination & Clash Resolution
