Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus)
- Experience / Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Planning, or Development (Healthcare a plus)
- Strong financial modeling, strategy, and project management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Traits: Positive and collaborative attitude
- Business acumen and the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
