We are seeking a Senior Capture Manager with a proven track record in capturing new business for the Navy and other DoD opportunities, supporting TQI’s Information Technology lines of business. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. The Capture Manager will develop and execute the overall capture plan and win strategy for qualified opportunities to maximize win probability.
