SR. COUNSEL, LITIGATION
The Sr. Litigation Counsel will represent SpaceX in a variety of litigation matters, with a particular focus on state and local matters in Texas, and serve as a connection to the local Rio Grande Valley legal community and judiciary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage all facets of labor/employment, consumer, contractual, commercial, and other kinds of legal disputes, and third-party discovery
+ Conduct internal investigations; direct litigation strategy; draft and review discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and briefs; participate in hearings and trials; and negotiate settlements
