The Senior Director, Home Sourcing is a leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end global sourcing strategy, matrix management, and operational excellence for Walmart’s Home (General Merchandising) portfolio. In this role, you will champion an Every Day Low Cost (EDLC) and omni-merchant mindset to deliver exceptional value, quality, and product safety to millions of end consumers.
