Senior Field Service Supervisor

The Senior Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of field service engineers to advise strategies and drive business to achieve revenue and margin growth. Lead and manage customer service accounts, maximising customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional support. Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell’s clients through assisting in the management of service engineers, technical team and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise the strategy to drive contract, retrofit and spot opportunities within the existing contract base to achieve defined revenue and margin goals for the team and district.
