Sr. Financial Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Tysons, Virginia. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations for large-scale, multi-year construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring the projects remain financially sound and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate budgets and manpower forecasts for multi-year construction projects in collaboration with project management teams.
• Monitor indirect costs through weekly budget-to-actual analyses, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures.
• Create and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure projects remain cash-positive throughout their duration.
