Sr. FP&A Analyst

Work closely with the Brand FP&A Managers, the Sr. Financial Analyst, Retail is responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, planning, and performance analysis for the retail business across UGG and HOKA, including sales, gross margin and Opex tracking, management reporting, and insight generation to support decision making.

This role is a key owner of store planning and analysis processes for both UGG and HOKA retail, responsible for formalizing procedures, templates, and governance to improve efficiency, consistency, and transparency across planning, forecasting, and performance management.

The Senior FP&A Analyst acts as a finance business partner to Retail leadership, sharing best practices across brands and stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives (store portfolio, productivity, promo effectiveness, and investment cases), and continuously improving reporting automation, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
