We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support hotel strategy, execution, and enhance the overall attendee experience for conferences primarily hosted in North America, with occasional support for events in other regions.

• Ensure quality assurance testing on conference reservation websites and maintain comprehensive hotel-related documentation, including FAQs, guides, and email communications for both internal and external audiences, supporting upcoming conferences.


• Collaborate closely with housing managers, internal business units, exhibitor companies, vendors, and hotel partners to allocate hotel inventory and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communications across all channels.
