Opportunity Description
What you will be doing:
Own the multi-year benefits strategy, aligning plan design and investment with talent, wellbeing, and financial objectives for a public, high-growth semiconductor organization.
Lead annual plan design and renewal for self-funded medical/Rx, dental, vision, and other health plans; develop recommendations using data-driven insights (utilization, trend, risk, stop-loss, PBM performance).
Serve as a subject-matter expert on leave programs (FMLA, ADA interactive process, state leaves, company LOAs), ensuring compliance and empathetic administration.
Oversee 401(k) strategy and operations, including employer match, plan governance, fiduciary coordination with plan advisors/recordkeeper, nondiscrimination testing, and employee education.
