Sr OPEX Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr OPEX Engineer. ## What you’ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Optimize processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve quality, apply continuous improvement methodologies and tools that promote systematic and sustainable improvement in the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Analyze plant processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, opportunities for improvement through data analysis. -Design and implement improvements in the plant applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, problem solving methodologies, among others. -Standardize and ensure sustainability of plant processes. -Lead and coordinate continuous improvement events. -Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects ## Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or similar * English: Intermediate/ Advanced * At least 3 to 5 years or more in Continues Improvement area * Lean Manufacturing * Six Sigma * Kaizen * VSM Process Mapping * Statistical control of the p...
