Sr PCB Specialist, Annapurna Labs, Machine Learning Hardware

This role is responsible for partnering with leading PCB fabricators and material suppliers to shape next-generation technologies, guide their development roadmaps, and qualify new processes and materials for reliable mass production. Working closely with Design Engineering, the position drives the end-to-end PCB and PCBA technology roadmap across all Annapurna Labs (our organization within AWS UC) Machine Learning product line, from early-stage R&D through mass-production readiness. The role also involves close collaboration with Signal Integrity teams to proactively anticipate and support PCB, PCBA, and SMT requirements early in the design cycle.
A key aspect of this position is leading the strategic sourcing, quality, delivery, and commercial management of the global PCB supply base, ensuring capability, resilience, and readiness for rapid growth.
