Opportunity Description
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs in line with contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors for progress updates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Analyze delays, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and support dispute resolution.
- Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure optimal utilization.
- Track key milestones, critical paths, and provide early warning alerts on potential risks.
- Support tendering teams by preparing project schedules, manpower histograms, and methodology programs.
