Sr. Process Engineering Manager (Plastic Moulding)

You are invited to join the LEGO Group as a Sr. Process Engineering Manager. Bring your experience in process engineering and manufacturing to lead projects that improve product quality, safety, and delivery. Core Responsibilities Lead injection process projects and initiatives, aligning decisions with business and operational objectives. Oversee development of new process platforms and improvements to existing solutions. Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, quality, and delivery. Guide development and implementation of new equipment from an injection process perspective. Define capability roadmaps to meet future process and production needs. Qualifications Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical or related field; master’s preferable) or equivalent experience.
