Sr. Program Manager, AMXL JP

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Japan is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to own and execute high-visibility strategic initiatives focused on customer experience and technology. This role will drive innovations, programs, and features unique to Japan while implementing global programs for AMXL's Heavy & Bulky logistics network. The successful candidate will manage large-scale, complex initiatives, balance speed with quality, and deliver technology-based solutions that enhance customer experience and drive cost benefits across the end-to-end network. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams across the United States, Europe, and India while addressing local market needs in Japan.
