Sr Program Manager, Global Tax Data

Amazon's Global Tax Organization is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead the Tax Audit Program within Global Tax Services (GTS). This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role responsible for transforming how Amazon Tax prepares for and responds to tax authority examinations across 100+ jurisdictions worldwide. Amazon faces a rapidly growing tax audit landscape, with tax authorities deploying increasingly sophisticated data analytics and AI to scrutinize multinational operations. This role will own the end-to-end program that shifts Amazon Tax from reactive firefighting to proactive audit readiness at global scale. This role sits at the intersection of tax operations, technology, and data—requiring someone who can translate between technical teams (FinTech, AFFS, InTech) and Tax business teams (Controversy, Compliance, Planning, FRC) with equal fluency.
