Sr. Property Accountant

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Property Accountant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina within the real estate property and facilities management sector. This role will focus on operating expense and CAM reconciliation work across a select group of properties, requiring someone who can step in quickly and deliver accurate results with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate brings strong property accounting expertise, a hands-on approach to month-end activities, and the ability to manage detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead operating expense and common area maintenance reconciliation activities for multiple assigned properties.
