Our client is looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations for multi-unit housing properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, proficiency in Yardi software, and advanced skills in Excel.


Responsibilities:

• Manage property accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records for multi-unit housing properties.

• Perform month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Conduct regular account reconciliations, including bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.
