Descripción - Leads plant-wide quality function in an automotive manufacturing site - Owns QMS compliance (IATF 16949) & customer quality performance - Manages KPIs incl. VOC, COPQ, warranty & scorecards - Drives problem solving using 8D, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP & SPC Perfil buscado A successful Sr. Quality Manager should have: - Bachelor's in Engineering + 6-10 yrs as Automotive Quality Manager - Strong QMS knowledge (IATF 16949 & customer-specific reqs) - Experience with 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA & root cause analysis - Advanced English & proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab Qué Ofrecemos - Competitive annual salary - Comprehensive PSL benefits package. - An engaging and professional work environment within the industrial/manufacturing sector
