OverviewKey responsibility is reducing and managing system down time through proactive management, monitoring and planning as well as driving recovery of unplanned downtime across local and cloud-based solutions. Building and maintaining close working relationships with supply chain and manufacturing leadership across all market units in the southeastern region. Establish 2 way working relationships that promote open dialogue in and around risks, issues and changes both in the IT and local business systems. Accountable for infrastructure stability and management for 3 critical manufacturing and distribution facilities, 22 large distribution centers and 96 smaller facilities across 10 states in the Southeastern portion of the US.
