The Resource Intensive Care (RIC) Registered Nurse plays a vital role across the organization by providing expert clinical care and support wherever it is needed most. RIC RNs float throughout the hospital, bringing advanced intensive care skills to diverse units and high‑acuity patient populations while serving as a trusted clinical resource at the point of care. This position works a mix of 8 & 12‑hour rotating shifts, with coverage required on both days and nights. Shift hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Days worked rotate based on departmental staffing needs.
